This page explains how to request deletion of your Krisha Connect account and associated personal data, operated by Krisha Mechatronics.

How to request deletion

In the app: open More → About & support → Delete account, then confirm. This submits a deletion request to the Krisha Mechatronics team.

By email: write to connect@krishamechatronics.com from your registered email address, with the subject “Account deletion request”.

What happens next

Requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days. Once completed, your account is closed, and all of your active sessions and registered devices are signed out so notifications stop immediately.

Data that is deleted

These personal details are permanently erased from active records.

Data that is kept, and for how long

Service records such as tickets and service reports are retained in de-identified form — with your personal details removed — for up to 7 years after account closure, where required to meet legal, tax, audit, and warranty obligations. After this retention period the data is permanently deleted.
