This page explains how to request deletion of your Krisha Warriors staff account and associated personal data, operated by Krisha Mechatronics.
In the app: open Profile → About & support → Delete account, then confirm. This submits a deletion request to the Krisha Mechatronics team.
By email: write to connect@krishamechatronics.com from your registered email address, with the subject “Account deletion request”.
Requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days. Once completed, your account is closed, and all of your active sessions and registered devices are signed out so notifications stop immediately.
These personal details are permanently erased from active records.
Work records such as jobs and service reports are retained in de-identified form — with your personal details removed — for up to 7 years after account closure, where required to meet legal, tax, audit, and warranty obligations. After this retention period the data is permanently deleted.
