Privacy Policy

Krisha Connect (“the app”), operated by Krisha Mechatronics, helps customer organisations raise service tickets and track machine repairs. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account & contact details — name, email address, mobile number, and your organisation details, provided when you register or are invited.
• Service data — the machines you register, the service tickets you raise, and any text, photos, or documents you attach to them.
• Feedback — ratings and comments you submit about completed work.
• Device tokens — a push-notification identifier so we can alert you about your tickets. We do not collect your device’s location.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and your organisation.
• To process and track your service tickets and machine repairs.
• To send you notifications about your tickets (assignment, visits, completion).
• To respond to your feedback and improve our service.

How your information is shared

Your data is visible only to authorised members of your own organisation and to the Krisha Mechatronics service team handling your requests. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it publicly or with advertisers.

Data security

All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS. Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing, and access is restricted to authorised personnel.

Data retention & deletion

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time — see our Account & Data Deletion page. Service records are retained in de-identified form for up to 7 years where required by law, then permanently deleted.

Your rights

Consistent with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection framework, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data by contacting us.
