Privacy Policy

Krisha Warriors (“the app”), operated by Krisha Mechatronics, is the staff application used by our field-service engineers and administrators to manage service tickets, jobs, and site visits. This policy explains what data we collect from staff users and how we use it.

Who this applies to

This policy covers Krisha Mechatronics staff users — engineers who register or are invited to the app, and administrators who manage operations. It does not cover customers, who use the separate Krisha Connect app and policy.

Information we collect

• Account & contact details — name, email address, mobile number, and your staff role (engineer or administrator), provided when you register or are invited.
• Work data — the jobs assigned to or claimed by you, the visits you schedule, the notes and service reports you file, and any text or photos you attach while completing work.
• Availability preferences — your operational availability and optional quiet-hours window, used to route jobs and time notifications.
• Device tokens — a push-notification identifier so we can alert you about new assignments and urgent updates. We do not collect your device’s location.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your staff account and role.
• To assign, broadcast, and track jobs and site visits.
• To send you notifications about assignments, schedule changes, and cancellations.
• To record completed work and service reports for the organisation.

How your information is shared

Your work data is visible to authorised Krisha Mechatronics administrators. Your name may be shown to the customer organisation whose job you are handling, so they know who is attending. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it publicly or with advertisers.

Data security

All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS. Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing, and access is restricted to authorised personnel.

Data retention & deletion

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time — see our Account & Data Deletion page. Work and service records are retained in de-identified form for up to 7 years where required by law, then permanently deleted.

Your rights

Consistent with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection framework, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data by contacting us.
